After high school, I received my Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Recreation and Wellness from Northwest Missouri State University. My personal trainer certification was attained during my last semester of college. After receiving my Bachelor's degree, I attended Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School in Urbandale, Iowa and attained my License of Massage/Bodywork in 2013.
