Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Client session cancellation policy:

Clients must give as much advanced notice as possible if they need to cancel an appointment. If a client cancels more than twice with less than one hour notice, they will be required to pre-pay for future appointments: refunds only apply in case of longer notice.

 

If a client does not show up for their appointment, they are considered a "No-Show". After a second "No-Show" the client has to pre-pay for future appointments: refunds only apply in case of advanced cancellation notice of at least one hour.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
